Managing Director Debra Allanson brings a long history in content financing, distribution, and executive management in Australia and the UK to her role. Debra supports the Ish Media creative, production and technical teams so their focus is 100% on the project in hand.

Creative Director Kylie Robertson is a born story teller and multi-award winning pioneer in digital media. Kylie leads the Ish Media creative team and oversees concept design, development and implementation for all projects.

Production Director Karla Burt has worked with some of Australia's best-loved performers and program-makers on some of Australia's best known and most popular TV shows. Karla effortlessly taps into an extensive network of professionals to attract projects and talent to Ish Media, and to bring every production in on time and on budget.

In her spare time, Karla lives the dream….as the star of Girl Friday.
